Create Trial Access Code

A Trial Access Code allows Individual Users/Individual Teachers to register and access content using the access code redemption. The only difference between the trial and standard is that the trial access codes can also be redeemed by the PO number.

Follow the below steps to create an Individual Access Code:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Select "Licence" on the left-hand side menu.

3. Select "Generate Access Code" in the sub-menu.

You will see the below screen.

4. Select Individual User/Individual Teacher user type.

5. Select the "Trial" radio button to create a Trial Access Code. (You can also create a Standard Access Code that can be redeemed via the access code only and not the PO number.)

6. Enter the Purchase Order Number.

7. Enter the Purchase Order Name.

8. Click "Next."

You will be redirected to the below screen.

6. Check on the checkbox for the content that you want to add to the license. You can select content based on:

• Collection,
• Reading Level, or
• Content Type

7. Click "Next." 

You will be redirected to the below screen.

8. Enter the "Number of Access Codes." 

Here the Number of Access Codes refers to the number of individual users who can access the content.

9. Enter Licence Validity by date or duration.

10.  Click "Next."

11. Enter the Licence Value in the box. 

12. Click "Confirm order."

The access code license will now be generated. 

• To view the license, go to the Manage Access Code page.

• Click on the PO number. 

You will be redirected to the "Access Code Details" page.
