Redeem Access Code

Any user who is not associated with a school/district on the platform can create their account on the platform by redeeming the individual user /individual teacher access code license and access the publisher's content . 

There are two ways to redeem an individual user/ individual teacher access code:

1. Register and redeem an access code if you do not have an individual user/individual teacher account.

  • If you redeem an individual user access code, you will be rostered on the portal as an individual user.
  • If you redeem an individual teacher access code, you will be rostered on the portal as an individual teacher. 
  • Individual user access codes can also be redeemed by individual learners.
  • Once you have been rostered as an individual user on the portal, you will not be able to redeem an individual teacher access code. You will get the below error message.

Follow the below steps to register and redeem the access code-

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Select "Licence" on the left-hand side menu.

3. Select "Manage Access Code" in the sub-menu.

You will see the below screen.

4. Click on the PO number. 

You will be redirected to the "Access Code Details" page.

5. Pick one of the access code from the Access Code List and go to the login screen of the MagicBox portal.

6. Click on the "Register here" link on the portal.

7. Fill in the below details in the space provided. 


8. Click on "Register."

After clicking on "Register," the user will redirected to the portal.

2. If you already have an individual teacher/ individual user account, follow the below steps to redeem new access code.

1. Log in to your individual teacher or individual user account.

2. Click the "Account" section.

You will see the "Add Access Code" screen.

3. Enter the new access code.

4. Click "Add."
