Add Web Link in the Content

The content authoring tool allows publishers to add web link hotspots within the content.
Follow the below steps to add a web link hotspot:
1. Launch the content.
2. Click the "Author" icon on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click anywhere on the content where you want to add the web link hotspot.
4. You will see an "Add Resource" pop-up, as shown in the below screenshot.
5. Click "Web Link."
6. You will see a "Web Link" pop up on the screen.
- Enter the title and URL of the weblink. (Title and URL fields are mandatory.)
- Check the "Visible Only to Teachers" radio button, if you want this web link to be visible to teachers only. Students will not see the web link hotspot on the eBook.
- Click the tick icon to confirm.
7. The web link hotspot will be created on the page.
- If you want to delete the hotspot, click on the web link hotspot.
- You will see the Web Link pop-up. Click the Delete icon.
