Add Photo in the Content

The Content Authoring tools allows the publisher to add photos within the content.
Follow the below steps to add a photo:
1. Launch the content.
2. Click the "Author" icon on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click anywhere on the content where you want to add the photo hotspot.
4. You will see an "Add Resource" pop-up, as shown in the below screenshot.
5. Click "Photo."
6. You will see an Upload Photo pop-up on the screen.
- You can either upload a new photo by clicking on "Upload a Photo" (minimum size 50 MB; format - jpeg, png, jpg.)
OR
- Select a photo from the photo library by clicking on "Uploaded Photos."
- Any new photo is automatically saved in the Photo Library.
7. If you click on "Uploaded Photos," you will see an uploaded images gallery pop-up on the screen.
- Select the image by clicking on the thumbnail.
- Click the tick icon on the pop up to confirm.
9. You will see a photo pop up on the screen.
- Add the title and a caption for the photo. (The title field is mandatory.)
- Click on the "Visible only to Teacher" radio button, if you want this photo to be visible to teachers only. Students will not be able to see this photo hotspot in the eBook.
- Click on the tick icon.
- Click on the (a) icon to go back to upload another
- Click on the (b) icon to go back to the uploaded image gallery
A photo hotspot will be added on the page.
- If you want to delete the hotspot, click on the photo hotspot.
- You will see the Add Text pop-up. Click "Delete."
