Role of School/District Admin
The School Admin account can be created by the publisher and district administrator. The main duties of a School Admin are to create classes that associate students and teachers in the school. The District Admin can also roster students and teachers in the school within their district.

Add Class

Bulk Upload Class
MagicBox allows you to add multiple classes (up to 500 classes) simultaneously using the bulk upload class feature. If you want to add classes in bulk, click on 'Bulk Upload'. 'Class Name' can contain letters, numbers, spaces, apostrophes and some special characters.

Edit Class
Publishers, school/district admins and individual teachers can update the Class Name using the Edit Class feature. There is a separate flow when editing the student list or assigned content. Note: The Teacher can Only edit the Class they've created. the edit button is disabled for all the other classes

Delete Class
Student and teacher association must be removed first in order to delete the class successfully. Publishers, school/district admins, and individual teachers can delete a class. Delete the student associated with the class. Delete the teacher associated with the class. Delete the class.

Export Class
Select a 'District' and a 'School' within the district if you want to export the class data for a school district. Or select a "School' only, if you want to export class data of a school.

Promote Student
This feature allows Publishers, school/district admins and individual teachers to promote students from one class to the next. Click 'Promote' from the class you want to promote the students. Select a Class to which you want to promote the student. You can add students in the class to enable the promote feature.

End school session
On the successful end of a session, the following actions takes place: All the existing data (student homework/assessments response, score, grade, blog responses, etc., based on features selected) will be archived. All assigned contents to students, whether assigned individually or through a class/group, will be nullified, i.e., no content will be assigned to any student within the school/district.
