The difference between publisher and super publisher accounts is that super publisher can see all the activities of the publisher. The details of this access can be managed by the super publisher.

3. Content Author: This refers to any teacher, subject matter expert or author who can build content on the platform. The details of this access can be managed by the Super Publisher.

4. Customer Representative: This user can help set up licenses on behalf of the Publisher. The details of this access can be managed by the super publisher.

5. Report Viewer: This user will only have access to reports and analytics. The details of this access can be managed by the super publisher.

6. Ecom Users: This user type is used for B2C sales to parents or students or any user who wants to buy content from the eCommerce store on the platform. They will only have access to titles in the library that they have purchased.
