Auto-Assign License

The platform offers publishers the flexibility to automatically assign a license to all school admins, teachers, and all existing and newly added students while creating the purchase order. This will free school/district admin and teachers from the process of assigning content manually to individual classes/groups/students.

The Auto-Assign functionality is enabled from the "Create License" screen when the publisher creates a license for the school/district. 

The system will display a checkbox with the titles, "Auto-assign license to all School Admins and Teachers" and "Auto-assign license to all existing and newly added Students."

There will be two cases for assigning the license: Case 1: "Auto-assign license to all School Admins and Teachers" checkbox is checked. 

Content will be automatically assigned to all school admins and teachers in this case.  

Case 2: "Auto-assign license to all existing and newly added Students" checkbox is checked. 

Content will be automatically assigned to all existing and newly added students in this case.  

Note: 

• The content binded with the license will be assigned immediately if the auto- assign license feature is selected.
• There should be sufficient license count with the school/district in order to auto assign the licenses successfully to all the users.
