Google Classroom

This page allows you to synchronize your Google Classroom data with magicbox. This ensures that your classes, students, and teachers are accurately reflected in the system.

The first-time user can click “Start Sync” button to initiate a new sync process.

On clicking “Start Sync” button on the first screen, user gets redirected to this page:

How to Use:

1. Sync Status:
   
   

   • Launched: The sync process is currently active. You can pause or edit the sync if needed.

   • In Complete: The sync has finished. Click "Start Sync" to initiate a new sync.

   • Paused: The sync is currently paused. Click "Start Sync" to resume the sync.

2. Last Sync:
   
   

   • Displays the date and time of the last completed sync.

3. Domain Names:
   
   

   • Lists the Google Workspace domains associated with the sync.

4. Total Records Count:
   
   

   • Shows the total number of teachers, students, and classes identified in your Google Classroom.

5. Last Sync Records Count:
   
   

   • Provides a breakdown of the records created, updated, and deleted during the last sync for teachers, students, and classes.

Actions:

• Pause: Pauses the ongoing sync process.

• Edit: Allows you to modify the sync settings (e.g., domain names, sync frequency).

• Start Sync: Initiates a new sync process.

• Go to Classroom: Takes you to your Google Classroom dashboard.
