Course Report

Course Report provides a comprehensive overview of student performance and engagement in a course. It includes information on time spent by users, active users, class reports, students, and individual student performance.

Key Sections

  1. Top Metrics:

Time Spent by Users: Displays the total amount of time spent by all users in the course.

Active Users: Shows the number of active users in the course during the last 30 days.

Class Reports: 

The Class Report provides a visual representation of the time spent by different classes in a course. It allows you to compare the engagement levels of different classes and identify any disparities in time spent. On clicking class report user gets redirected to class report page.

  1. Time Spent by Class:

    • A bar chart that visually compares the time spent by each class in the course.

    • The x-axis represents the different classes, and the y-axis represents the time spent.

    • Hovering over a bar displays the specific amount of time spent by that class.

     Functionality

  • Filtering:  you will filter the chart by selecting a specific time period (e.g., week, month, year).

         

  1. Students: 

on clicking students, the user gets redirected to the “student report” page. The Student Report provides a detailed overview of individual student performance in a course. It includes information on time spent, course attempts, course completions, and total time spent.

  • Time Spent by Students:

  • A bar chart that visually compares the time spent by each student in the course.

  • The x-axis represents the different students, and the y-axis represents the time spent.

  • Hovering over a bar displays the specific amount of time spent by that student.

  • Student Performance:

  • A table containing detailed information about each student's performance, including:

■ Student Name:

The Individual Student Report provides a detailed overview of a specific student's performance in a course. It includes information on time spent, content viewed, course progress, and assessments.

Key Sections

  • Student Information: Displays the student's name and profile picture.

  • Time Spent: Shows the total time spent by the student today, this week, and in the last 90 days.

  • Content Viewed: Indicates the number of content items (e.g., videos, articles) that the student has viewed.

  • Course Progress: Displays the number of courses the student has pending, is in progress, and has completed.

  • Assessments: Shows the number of assessments that are due, have been missed, and have been completed.

  • Time Spent on Learning: A line chart that visualizes the time spent by the student on learning activities over the last 90 days.

  • Course Performance: Displays the average time spent by the student per course, the total number of courses attempted, and the total number of courses completed.

  • Recent Courses: Lists the most recent courses that the student has enrolled in, along with their completion status and progress.


Navigation and Functionality: 

  • Filtering: you will be able to filter the data by selecting a specific time period (e.g., week, month, year).

Pagination: Use the page number links at the bottom to navigate through the student list.

Sorting: Click on the column headers to sort the student list by student name, course attempted, course completed, or total time spent.

Filtering: you will be able to filter the student list by various criteria, such as class or course.

Search: Use the search bar to quickly find a specific student.
