Manage Class

This page provides a comprehensive platform for managing and overseeing various classes. It offers features for creating, editing, viewing, and analyzing class information, making it a valuable tool for instructors and administrators.

  1. Manage Classes:

    • Teachers can toggle between “All classes” and “My classes”

    • Create New Class:

  • Click the "Add Class" button to initiate the process.

  • Add class name(s)

  • Save the newly created class.

  • Edit Existing Class:

  • Select the class you want to modify.

  • Make necessary changes to the name, section, room, or associated users.

  • Save the updated information to reflect the changes.

  1. View Class Details:

Student List:

  • Click on desired class name

  • View a list of all students enrolled in the selected class.

  • See student information such as name, username, and enrollment status.

Search Students:

  • Use the search bar to quickly find specific students based on their name or username.

Manage Student Enrollment:

  • Add or remove students from the class.

  • Update student information if necessary.

View Student Submissions:

  • Access individual student submissions for assignments assigned to the class.

  • Review student work, provide feedback, and assign grades.

Table attributes:

Users

  • The number of students enrolled in the class.

  • Used to track class enrollment and ensure that there is sufficient capacity.

      Actions:


  • Edit student information.

  • Send notifications to students.

  • Delete or report students if necessary.

Content Assigned

  • An indicator of whether content has been assigned to the class.

  • Used to track the progress of content assignment and ensure that students have access to necessary materials.

Status

  • The current state of the class (e.g., associated, disassociated).

  • Indicates whether the class is created by the teacher or not.

Enrollment Token

  • A unique code or identifier used for student enrollment.

  • Used to control access to the class and prevent unauthorized enrollment. 

Token State

  • The current state of the enrollment token (e.g., active, deactivated).

  • Used to manage the validity and accessibility of enrollment tokens.
