Manage Assessment

The Manage Assessment page is your central hub for creating, editing, viewing, and organizing assessments and their corresponding question banks.
Assessment Tab
Assessments: Displays a list of all created assessments, including their titles, tags, last modified date, and available actions.
Tags: Shows the relevant tags associated with each assessment for easy categorization and filtering.
Last Modified: Indicates the date and time when the assessment was last updated.
Action: Provides a menu of options for each assessment:
Assign: Allows you to assign the assessment to specific students or groups.
View: Opens the assessment in preview mode for detailed review.
Add to Favorites: Marks the assessment as a favorite for quick access later.
View Question Analysis: Provides insights into student performance on the assessment's questions, including average scores, difficulty levels, and common misconceptions.
Copy: Creates a duplicate of the assessment, allowing you to reuse its structure and questions with modifications.
Edit: Opens the assessment for editing, where you can modify its title, description, questions, and other settings.
Additional Features:
Create New Assessment: Allows you to start a new assessment from scratch, choosing from various question types and templates.
Filter Assessments: Enables you to narrow down the list of assessments based on specific criteria, such as tags, status, last modified date, or assigned students.
Teachers can search for assessments by their name.
Question Bank Tab
Table View:
Questions: Displays a list of all created Questions, including their titles, tags, last modified date, and available actions.
Tags: Shows the relevant tags associated with each question bank for easy categorization and filtering.
Last Modified: Indicates the date and time when the question bank was last updated.
Action: Provides a menu of options for each question bank:
Preview: Displays a preview of the question bank to see its content and structure.
Favorite: Marks the question bank as a favorite for quick access later.
Bookmark: Allows you to bookmark specific questions within the question bank for easy reference.
Copy: Creates a duplicate of the question bank, allowing you to reuse its questions with modifications.
Edit: Opens the question bank for editing, where you can modify its title, description, questions, and other settings.
View: Opens the question bank in detail view, where you can see all the questions and their associated answers.
Delete: Permanently deletes the question bank.
Additional Features:
Create New Question: Allows you to add new questions to the question bank, choosing from various question types and difficulty levels.
Change View: Provides options to switch between table view, card view, and favorite view for better organization and navigation.
