Performance Report is the report of the performance of the students through each level of tags organized as per the tag hierarchy.

Below is the Test hierarchy for which we will have a detailed explanation.

Below is the selection for the performance report:

  1. Date Range: Select the specific date to view the performance report of the specified class.

  2. Class Dropdown: Select the class from the given list of the system.

  3. Content: Select the content from the list of the dropdown.

  4. Hierarchy: Select the tag hierarchy from the dropdown.

For Example:

We have selected the Class 4 for the date ( April 2023- April 2024) and content and test hierarchy.

Upon Selecting the above criteria we will be able to see the below performance table wherein we have the list of students and their Average score and tags.

Average score is the Average percentage calculation of the user score obtained by the student with respect to the total score. (as per the selected tag hierarchy)

In this case, Grade 7 is the only tag, for which the Average percentage score is calculated which is 75.61%.

First level (Grade):

  • Grade 7 is the first-level tag category, which is Grade.

  • It displays the average percentage score of all the questions linked to the Grade 7 tag assigned to the student.

In the above case:

User score = 31

Total Score = 41

Average score:  (31/41)* 100 = 75.60975 rounded to 75.61%.

Second Level (Subject):

  • Upon clicking on Grade 7, the hierarchy expands to ESL/ELD tag with an average percentage score of 75.61%.

Here for ESL tag:

User score = 31

Total Score = 41

Average score :  (31/41)* 100 =  75.60975 rounded to 75.61%

  • Grade 7 now shows the average percentage score of ESL tag, considering Grade 7 as the parent tag and ESL as the child tag

  • For ESL tags we have the same score, therefore the percentage score is not changed and it remains the same as 75.61% for Grade 7.

 Third Level (Domain):

  • Clicking on ESL shows the Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing tags with their individual average percentage scores will be displayed.

  • Here Listening is showing 100% which is the average percentage score of the Listening tag. Likewise Reading, speaking and writing show their individual average percentage scores.

  • Here for the Listening tag:

User score = 3

Total Score = 3

Average score :  (3/3)* 100 = 100%

  • ESL/ELD now displays the average percentage score of Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing, considering ESL/ELD as the parent tag and rest as child tags.

  • The average percentage score of all child tags is 75.61, so the score of the ESL is same as 75.61%

Fourth Level (Content):

  • Upon clicking on Listening, the next level of the hierarchy Conversational language with the average percentage scores will be displayed.

  • Here Conversational language is showing 100% which is the average score percentage of the tag conversational language only.

Here for the Conversational language tag:

User score = 3

Total Score = 3

Average score :  (3/3)* 100 = 100%

  • Listening now displays the average percentage score of the Conversational language tag, considering Listening as the parent tag and Conversational language as the child tag.

  • In the below scenario, the average percentage score of Conversational language tag is 100%, so the score of Listening will remain same as 100%.

Fifth Level (Proficiency level):

  • Upon clicking on the Conversational language, the next level of the hierarchy with Advanced, Beginning, Intermediate, and Intermediate High tags will display with their individual average percentage scores.

  • Here Advanced is showing 0%, beginning is showing 92%, Intermediate is showing 100%, and Intermediate High is 100% which are their individual average percentage scores.

 User score: 0+23+7+1=31

Total Score: 8+25+7+1= 41

Average score :  (31/41)* 100 =  75.60975 rounded to 75.61%.

  • The average individual percentage score of the Conversational language tag was 100% but now the average percentage score of child tags is 75.61% which is displayed under the conversational language tag.
