School Performance Report

The school performance reports provide the data against all teachers who are in the school. 

Upon selecting the tag hierarchy, the report will compile the list of all teachers within the school along with the scores of the questions of the assessments associated with the selected tag. 

The Teachers list remains unfiltered based on grades, presenting all teachers at the school level.

The scores will exclusively appear for the selected tags under teachers who are associated with assessments directly linked to the tag category. And the rest of the teachers will display the nil values.

The School Performance Report will be visible to the District Admin. This report will present the following information to the user: 

Steps to follow for School Performance:

  1. Assessment>School Performance Report.
  2. Select the School from the dropdown to view the Performance Report.

  3. Select the tag hierarchy from the Select Hierarchy dropdown. For Example: we have selected Grade Tag.
  4. The table will display the teacher names, grade-level average scores, grade-specific scores, and overall averages.

  5. Teacher name - This will display the list of teachers' names associated with the school within the district. This list is not associated with the tag. This is the school-level list of the teachers.

  6. Average score - The average score of all the grades associated with the teacher.

  7. Grade-specific score - Here you will see the list of grade tags that are associated with the questions, not with the teachers. For example, in the below screenshot, Grade 3 is associated with the selected tag hierarchy.

  8. In the school performance table, you will view the average score for each grade.

  9. Overall averages - Refers to the overall average score of the tags.

  10. Click on the grade name to further drill down the report to view the assessment title if there is any data for assessment is available then only.

  12. For example: Grade 3 the report is further extended to show the assessment title name and the average score.
  13. Click on the assessment title name to further drill down the report to view the report on the basis of the tags assigned to the question.  For example, if you click on "6eme," the report further extends to show each tag report, based on the hierarchy. Here, “Reading” is a tag associated with the question.
  14. The calculation of average scores is tag-based. 

  15. To have a quick look of the performance - Tabular data will be color-coded

       

  16. Filter- You can filter the report based on the date. Once the user selects the date, the assessment attempted within the timeframe will be presented. You can select a date within a maximum period of one year.

  17. Export- You can export the report in CSV/xls format by clicking on the CSV / Excel icons.

  18. Print- You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save as a pdf via print flow.
