Tag Hierarchy

Tags within each category are organized hierarchically, allowing for a structured and intuitive tagging system. Tag Hierarchy is used to provide structured reports by utilizing the tag information mapped with the assessments.
- Go to Settings>Tag Hierarchy>Create Hierarchy
- Specify the Hierarchy Name and Description.
- The system will show all the available tag category.
- Drag the Hierarchy from the Available category to the Selected Category to define the hierarchy.
- For example: March26, Grade, and Skills are added to the hierarchy.
- March26-> Grade-> Skills form the hierarchy with March26 being Level 1, Grade being Level 2, and Skills being Level 3.
- Save to add Tag hierarchy.
Adding Tags to Questions and Assessments
At the time of creating questions, tags can be added to the new questions or already created questions. So that teachers can add these questions to assessments and then assign them to the students.
- Assessment> Questions>New Question
- For Example, select the Single type Question.
- Click on settings> Search tags>Browse.
- Users can search for the tag or tag category to map the question with appropriate tags.
- Users can also click on the browse button.
- The System will show the window to search the tags from the category.
- Users can search the tag for example March 26 and click to add the tag.
Added tags will be shown on the bottom of the Search tags wherein the user could remove the selected tags by clicking on the cross icon.
