Students and teachers can access the platform guide and feature articles from the 'Help & Support' in the profile drop-down menu. These guides are extremely easy to understand and exhaustive, including FAQs, product feature workflows, and other product details that users want to learn and use.
Follow the below steps to access the product knowledge base articles.
1. Log in to the platform.
2, Click 'Help & Support' in the profile drop-down menu.
You will see the help center panel on the left as shown below.
You can click on the '+' icon to expland the guide list and view the articles.
Click on the article title to access the article content within the help & support panel.
You can also click on the 'Knowledge base icon' as highlighted in the above screenshot to open the article on the MagicBox support center in a new tab. (https://support.getmagicbox.com/en )
