Device Access Page

The Platform restricts users to access content on multiple devices. Students can manage license deactivation from devices from the "Device Access Page".
Follow the below steps to manage license deactivation from devices.
1. Log in to the platform.
2. Click 'Device Access' in the profile drop-down menu.
You will see the below screen.
3. Check the device checkbox from the device list.
4. To deactivate the license from the selected device click on the ‘Deactivate’ button.
5. Click 'Yes, deactivate' in the pop-up to confirm.
Note: The Management Console enables platform-level device access control for native apps (iOS, Android, Mac, and Desktop). When the device limit is exceeded, users attempting to log in on an additional device will see Error 779 – "Device count is exhausted."
To continue access:
Log in via the web platform
Navigate to Manage Devices
Deactivate one or more existing devices
Retry login on the new device
This ensures users remain within the configured device limit across platforms.
