Course Progress Report for Student

The Course Progress Report is accessible to both teachers and students. This report provides reports and analytics for student progress in the assigned courses. Students can view this report on their student portal. 

Follow the below steps to view the Course Progress Report- 

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Course Report" on the header.

The student will see the below course progress report. 

Students can view the below information from the report.

1. Total time spent on course today and total time spent on course in this week.

Time spent this week: It will be sum of the time spent across all the courses within the week (i.e. past 7 days from the current date)

2. Count for the total time spent on each course. This count will initiate when the student launch the course. 

3. Count of total courses completed 100 % by the student. Students can click on the total course completed icon to view the course information as shown in the below screenshot.

4. Content viewed- Refers to the total count of viewed artifacts in the courses. 

5. Total count of assessments taken by the student within the course.

6. Course Progress - This shows the course progress status bar with the percentage completed for the recent 3 courses attempted by the student. You can click on the view all button to view course progress for all the courses assigned to the student. 

7. View the time spent in the learning bar graph. Hover on the bar to view the time spent by student on each date. Filter the data by year, month, week or custom start and end date from the drop-down menu. 

8. Recently viewed content will show the list of artifacts viewed in the last 3 courses along with the number of views and time spent on each artifact.
