LTI 1.3 Grade Pass Back Service (Teacher Guide)

1. Login with the new user credentials (Teacher role) on moodle platform.
2. Accept the privacy policy, cookie policy and provide consent on moodle platform.
3. The teacher will access the course and click on "External resource launch" to launch the activity.
4. The user will be taken to the MagixBox teacher dashboard and will be registered on the MagicBox platform as a teacher on runtime.
5. The teacher will create a "Standard test" on the MagicBox platform. (Click here for instruction on how to create a standard test).
6. Once the "Standard test" is created, the teacher will assign the test to the class(es) or group(es). (Note- The moodle course name will be taken up as a class in the MagicBox platform)
Select the class from the drop-down and click "Save".
Now, the student will log in on the moodle platform and launch the course. Once the student has attempted and submitted the assessment. The grades for the assessment shown in MagicBox will also be reflected on the teacher and admin portal in the "Grade" section on the Moodle platform.
