Modify and Delete Event

Once the event is created, it can be edited and deleted from the calendar by the host of the event (Publisher, School/District admin, Teacher)

  • Only the host can edit and delete an event.

Follow the below steps to modify an event from the calendar:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Calendar" on the left-hand side menu.

3. Select the event in the calendar you wish to edit. 

4. Click on the "Edit" icon in the pop-up.

You can edit the following information in the event:

  • Event name, description, color code.
  • All-day feature.
  • Start date, end date.
  • Repeat event feature.
  • Edit attendees.

5. Click "Save." 

Follow the below steps to delete an event from the calendar:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Calendar" on the left-hand side menu.

3. Select the event in the calendar you wish to delete. 


4. Click on the "Delete" icon in the pop-up.  

You will see the below pop-up on the screen. On deletion, the event will be deleted from the attendee's calendar as well. 


5. Click "Agree" to delete the event.
