Video Conferencing Through the Calendar Feature

The calendar feature enables the publisher, school admin, district admin and teachers to schedule events using the video conferencing tools and set up virtual classes for students via the portal. The publisher, school/district admin can select Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom as the video conferencing tool for the school during the conference set up process. 

The school admin, district admin, and teacher can create events and invite students (attendees) to attend the virtual classes by sharing a video conferencing link using the calendar feature. 

The student users will be able to view all the meetings set up by the admin and teachers. The user can change the view to monthly, weekly, or daily from the tabs on the top right.
