Map Content Specific to Grade and Subject

In order to auto-assign content to teachers/school admin, the content needs to be first mapped with the grade and subject, in the metadata field. 

Defining the metadata for the content is essential to ensure that the content is assigned specifically to the grade and subject. The content will be auto-assigned, if the auto-assign setting is enabled while creating a license and the grade and/or subject fields are selected.

Follow the below steps to map content to a specific grade and/or content:

  1. Log in to the portal.

  2. Click "Content" on the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click "Add Content" in the sub-menu.

    You will see the below screen



  1. Select the content type you want to add to the platform and click "Next."


  1. Upload the content and click "Next."

  2. Fill in the content metadata and map the content to "Primary subject" and "Grade."


  1. Click "Next."


  1. Upload the content thumbnail.

  2. Click "Next."

  1. Click "Publish" to publish the content on the library or click "Save" to save the content as a draft.
