Evaluate Student Response to Descriptive Question

Follow the below steps to evaluate student responses for descriptive questions-
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click "Assessment " on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click "Evaluation" in the sub-menu.
Here, the teacher will be able to see all the assessment details, along with details like Assigned To, Due Date, Evaluate, and Pending Evaluation.
4. Click "Pending Evaluation".
You will see the below screen.
5. The teacher/publisher will see the list of students for whom the evaluation is pending by clicking on the "Pending Evaluation" tab.
6. Click "Evaluate" for a particular student to see all the questions attempted by that student in a pop-up. The set of questions in the entire assessment can be of any question type.
For the descriptive type question, you will see the below pop-up on the screen.
- The teacher will be able to see the responses given by the student under the "Answer".
- On clicking on the ideal answer, a dropdown box will appear, showing the ideal answer.
Below the Ideal Answer box, the teacher will be able to see the auto-generated score given to the student's answer, along with the percentage score received on each matrix.
7. The teacher can click on the "Score for Grammar" drop-down to view the number of grammatical and punctuation mistakes, and spelling errors.
8. The teacher/publisher can further read the answer provided by the student and assign the score and provide feedback manually on the basis of the auto- evaluation on concept and grammar.
9. Click "Submit" to send the final score and feedback to the student.
