Add Template to the Course

The publisher can also add content in different templates. The magicBox portal has 6 pre-defined templates that help in organizing the content in the course.

Follow the below steps to add a template to the course:

1.  Select the TOC header of the course you wish to add the template to.

2. Click on "Add Template."

3. You will see the "Select Template" pop up on the screen. Select a template as per your need. 

4. Click "Add" to add the template. 

For Example: If the 2 Column Template is added, you will see the below course structure, where the content can be added in two columns. 

5. Click "Add Template" and edit the name of the template in the TOC.

6. Click "Text" if you want to add text in the text space provided. You can use the toolbox for writing the text. 

7. Click "Upload" if you want to upload content from the course library or from your computer. 

• Click "Course Library" and select content to be added that already exists in the courses on the portal.

And/Or

• Click "Browse" to add content from your computer. 

8. Click "Save" to add the content to the course.

9. Click "Preview" to preview the course. You can perform the below action:

• Click the hamburger icon to close the table of content.
• Click "Expand" to view all the content hierarchy in the TOC.
