Add Content in the Course

The publisher can create a structured learning experience by adding content to the course.
Content can be added to a course in two ways:
1. Click "Upload Files" to add content from the computer.
Or
2. Click "Add from Library" to add content from the content library or course library.
Follow the below steps to add content from "Upload Files."
1. Select the TOC header of the course that you wish to add content to.
2. Click "Upload Files" to add content to the course from your computer.
3. Browse the file from your computer.
4. Select the file to add as content.
Note:
- Content upload time may vary based on the file size.
- You can then add the following supported file types if you wish to add content from your computer: mp4, mp3, mpeg, wmv, gif, jpeg, jpg, png, raw, bmp, svg, doc, docx, odt, rtf, pdf, ppt, pptx, epub, zip.
Follow the below steps to add content from the library:
1. Select the TOC header of the course that you wish to add content to.
2. Click "Add from Library."
You will see the below pop-up, once you click "Add from Library".
The pop-up will display two dashboards. You can select the dashboard to view the content in the course library and content library, respectively.
Course Library will show the list of content added from the computer. This content is not part of the content library on the platform.
Content Library will show the list of existing content already available on the portal.
- Select "Course Library" if you want to add content that is already published in a course or select "Content Library" if you want to add content from the library on the portal.
- Click on the content thumbnail to make the selection. You can also search, sort, and filter the content.
- Click "Add" to add the selected content to the course.
