District Performance Report for District Admin

The District Performance Report will be visible to the district admin only. This report will present the following district-level information to the district admin:

Overall Average score (in Percentage) - Overall average score refers to the "Total score within the district for all the users/ Total number of all the users."

Top 10 school bar graph - This presents the top 10 performing schools within the district. 

Follow the below steps to view the report:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side portal.

3. Click "District Performance" in the sub-menu.

You will see the below screen:


  • For a quick look at the performance, the tabular data will be color-coded.

                                                                                                                                                        


4. Hover over the school bar graph in the "Top 10 School" bar graph to view the school name and average score. 

5. Scroll below to view the district-level performance report. Here, you will see a district performance table with the below information:

Select the tag hierarchy from the drop-down list. You can drill down the tabular report on the basis of the selected tag hierarchy. 

  • School name - List of all the schools within the district.
  • Average - The overall average score of the school. Hover over the color-coded chart to view the score for correct and incorrect responses.
  • Grade level average score - Here you will see the list of grade tags associated with the questions. For example, in the above screenshot Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 refer to the Grade Name tag. In the district performance table, you will view the average score for each grade tag in the school. 

 6. Click on the grade tag to further drill down the report to view the report, based on other tags in the hierarchy.  For example, when we click on "Grade 3," the report further expands to show the score of the school in other tags, as per the hierarchy. 

7. Click on the "8.3.1.a" tag to see the average correct and incorrect scores mapped with the tag. Hover over the bar to view the score.

For a quick look at the performance, the tabular data will be color-coded. 

  • Filter - You can filter the report based on the date. Once the user selects the date, the data of the assessment attempted within the timeframe will be presented.
  • Export - You can export the report in CSV/xls format by clicking on the CSV / Excel icons. 
  • Print - You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save as pdf via print flow.
