Class Performance Report for District Admin

District admin can view the assessment scores for individual classes and overall assessment average for all classes in a school within the district through the Class Performance Report. District admin can further drill down the report to view the Student Performance Report.

To view the report, the district admin needs to select “School” and "Teacher" from the drop-down and thereafter all the students within the school data will be listed.

Follow the below steps to view the Class Performance Report:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side panel.

3. Click "Class Performance" in the sub-menu. 

You will see the below screen:

District admin will see “School” drop-down to filter the information based on the school within the district. 

4. Select the school from the drop-down list. 

You will see the class performance report as shown in the below screenshot.

5. Select the teacher from the teacher drop-down list.

The following information will be shown in this report:

  • Class name with which the teacher is associated. 
  • Average percentage score for each class.
  • Assessment name with scores (in percentage). For example, in the above screenshot, "multiplepotest01" is the assessment name. 
  • You can also see the assessment average scores, corresponding with each assessment performed by different classes.
  • You can click on the class name to view the "Student Performance Report."

Note - If the assessment is not attempted by the student, “Not Attempted” will be shown. If the assessment is not assigned to the class "-" will be shown in the table.


For a quick look at the performance, tabular data will be color-coded.

                                 

5. Filter by date- You can filter the data based on the date. Once the user selects the date, the data for the assessment attempted within the timeframe will be presented.

6. Export - You can also export the report in CSV/Excel format.

7. Print - You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save it as pdf via print flow.
