School Performance Report for District Admin

The School Performance Report will be visible to the District Admin. This report will present the following information to the user: 

  • Overall Percentage Score 
  • Top 10 Classes bar graph 
  • School Year Report bar graph
  • School-level Performance Table

Follow the below steps to view the district performance report:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side panel.

3. Click "School Performance Report" in the sub-menu. You will see the below screen:

4. Select the school from the drop-down list for which you wish to view the school performance report (available for district admin only).

This report will present the following information, once the school is selected from the drop-down list.

  1. Overall Percentage Score - Overall average score of the school, i.e., "Total Score within the school for all the users/ Total number of all the users."
  2. Top 10 Classes bar graph - The top 10 performing classes in the school within the district. 
  3. School Year Report bar graph - This presents the top-performing grades within the school. The grades here refer to the grades in which the students are associated during rostering.
  4. School-level Performance Table - This will present the following information.
  • Teacher name - List of names of all the teachers associated with the school within the district. 
  • Grade-level average score - The average score of all the grades associated with the teacher. 
  • Grade-specific score -  Here you will see the list of grade tags that are associated with the questions. For example, in the above screenshot, Grade 3, Grade 4, refers to the Grade Name tag. In the school performance table, you will view the average score for each grade. 
  • Overall average - Refers to the overall average score of the tags.

7. Click on the grade name to further drill down the report to view the assessment title.  For example, when we click on "Grade 4," the report further extends to show the assessment title name and the average score.

Note - The above table will show the list of assessments assigned to the students by the teacher. If the assessment has not yet been attempted by the students, it will be marked as "Not Attempted." 

For a quick look at the performance, the tabular data will be color-coded.

  • Filter - You can filter the report based on the date. Once the user selects the date, data for the assessments attempted within the timeframe will be presented.
  • Export - You can export the report in CSV/xls format by clicking on the CSV / Excel icons (charts will not be exported).
  • Print - You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save as pdf via print flow.
