Assessment Performance Report for Teachers

Teachers can view the assessment scores for individual students in the class through the Assessment Performance Report. Teachers will see a stacked bar graph, showing the assessment scores, based on the tags mapped with the questions, along with tabular data representing the student's performance details.

Follow the below steps to view the student performance report:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side panel.

3. Click "Assessment Performance Report " in the sub-menu. 

4. The teacher will need to select the“Class Name” and “Assessment Name” from the drop-down menu to view the assessment performance report. Refer to the below screenshot.

The following information will be shown in the assessment performance report: 

1. Bar Graph

List of all the tags mapped to the questions within the assessment.

Tag will be a stacked bar graph with 3 parameters:                 

The score (in percentage) will be presented on the basis of the student count in Met, Approaching, and Not Met for a tag. You can hover over the column to see the below details:

  • Tag
  • Level met 
  • Value (scores in percentage)
  • Student names
  • Tag description

2. Tabular data


  • Student Name - Name of the students associated with the selected class. 
  • Total points (score) - Total points (score) of all the questions in the assessment. 
  • Scores - Scores achieved by the student in the question
  • Average - Average score of the student for the selected assessment.
  • Question Number, such asQuestion 1, Question 2, etc.
  • Points - Individual question score.
  • Tag mapped with the question.
  • Assessment Average - You can view the average assessment score (in percentage) for each assessment assigned to the students.

To get a quick look at the performance, the tabular data will be color-coded                       

5. You can filter the data based on the date. Once the date is selected, the assessment attempted within the timeframe data will be presented. You can select the date with the maximum value of one year. 

6. You can export the tabular data (graph won’t be exported) in CSV/excel format.

Note

1) If a specific class is selected on the assessment performance report, all the assessments assigned to the class will be shown in the assessment drop-down.

2) If "All" is selected in the class drop-down for the assessment performance report, all the assessments assigned to all the classes will be shown.

3) Tabular Data representation will show the list of students who have attempted and those who have not attempted the assessments.

  • When the student has attempted the assessment, they will be shown in the tabular data with the answer they have given marked in Red (incorrect answer) or Green (Correct answer).
  • When the student has not attempted the assessment, they will be shown in the tabular data with "Not Attempted" on a white background.

4) For descriptive-type questions, if the teacher hasn't evaluated the question after the student attempts it, it will show as "Not Evaluated."
