Student Performance Report for Teachers

Teachers can view the assessment scores for individual students and the overall assessment average scores for all students in a class through the Student Performance Report. Teachers can further drill down the report to view assessment details, such as total question count, count for questions for which the student has given the correct answer, tags associated with the questions, etc.
Follow the below steps to view the Student Performance Report:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side panel.
3. Click "Student Performance " in the sub-menu.
You will see the below screen:
Teachers will see the “Class” list drop-down to filter the information based on the class with which the teacher is associated.
4. Select the class from the drop-down list to view the student performance report of that class.
You will see the student performance report as shown in the below screenshot.
The following information will be shown in the student performance report:
- Student Name - Name of the students associated with the selected class.
- Scores in Percentage - Secured by the student for each assessment.
- Assessment Not Attempted by the Student - “Not Attempted" will be shown against the assessment.
- Assessment Average - You can view the average assessment score (in percentage) for each assessment assigned to the students.
- Average - You can view the average scores (in percentage) for each student.
- Click on the assessment name to view the Assessment Performance Report.
6. You can click on the student's name to further drill down the report for each student (Student Evaluation Report).
If you click on the student's name, you will see the below report.
Here, you can view the following information for the selected student:
- Total question count in the selected assessment. (You can select a particular assessment or all assessments from the assessment drop-down list for which you wish to view the detailed report.)
- Correct question count.
- Average scores. Here, average score = Total question correct/ Total question * 100
- Standard - Refers to the tags mapped with the questions in the assessment.
- Description - Refers to the tag description.
Note - To get a quick look at the performance - tabular data will be color-coded.
5. Filter by date - You can filter the data based on the date. Once the user selects the date, date for the assessment attempted within the timeframe will be presented. You can select the date within a maximum timeframe of one year.
6. You can also export the report in CSV/Excel format.
7. You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save it as pdf via print flow.
