School Performance Report for School Admin

The School Performance Report will be visible to the school admin. This report presents the following school information to the school admin.

  • Overall Average Score (in percentage) - The overall average score of the school refers to the "Total score within the school for all the users/ Total number of all the users."
  • Top 10 Classes Bar Graph - This presents the top 10 performing classes within the school.
  • School Year Report - This presents the top-performing grades within the school. Grade here refers to the grades in which the student is associates during rostering.

Follow the below steps to view the report:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click "Assessment" on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Click "School Performance" in the sub-menu.

You will see the below screen.


  • To get a quick look at the performance - tabular data will be color-coded

                                                                                                                                              


4. Hover over the class bar graph in the "Top 10 Classes" bar graph to view the class name and average score. 

5. Hover over the grade bar graph in the "School Year Report" bar graph to view the grade name and average score. 

6. Scroll below to view the School - Level Performance report. Here you will see a school performance table with the below information.

  • Teacher Name - List of teachers in the school.
  • Average - The overall average score of the assessment assigned by the teacher.
  • Grade tag - Here you will see the list of grade tag that are associated with the questions. For example, in the above screenshot Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 refers to the Grade tag. In the school performance table, you can view the average score for each grade. 

 7. Click on the grade name to further drill down the report to view the assessment title.  For example, if you click on "Grade 3," the report further extends to show the assessment title name and the average score.

8. Click on the assessment title name to further drill down the report to view the report on the basis of the tags assigned to the question.  For example, if you click on "TEST7THJAN," the report further extends to show each tag report, based on the hierarchy. Here, 3.OA.A.3 is a tag associated with the question. 

9. Click on the "3.OA.A.3" tag to further view the average score report for the next tag in the hierarchy. For example - "Skill 1"

  • Filter - You can filter the report based on the date. Once the user selects the date, the assessment attempted within the timeframe will be presented. You can select a date within a maximum period of one year. 
  • Export - You can export the report in CSV/xls format by clicking on the CSV / Excel icons. 
  • Print - You can print the report by clicking on the Print icon. You can also save as pdf via print flow.
