Publishers, teachers and school/district admins can filter assessments on the “Standard Tests” page, using the “Filter,” “Favorite” and "Assessment" drop-down menu. Follow the below steps to filter the question using “Filter”: 1. Log in to the Portal. 2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu. 3. Click “Standard Tests” in the sub-menu. You will be redirected to the “Standard Tests” page. Here you can view "Published" tests and "Draft" tests. 4. Click the “Filter” button on the left-hand side of the page. 5. You can filter the questions by clicking “Apply.” Follow the below steps to filter standard tests using “Favorite”: 1. Log in to the portal. 2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu. 3. Click “Standard Test” in the sub-menu. You will be redirected to the “Standard Test” page. 4. Click on the hamburger menu on the question thumbnail. 5. Click on the “Favorite” icon to mark the question. 6. Click in hamburger icon again to close the menu. 7. Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page, to filter all questions marked as “Favorite.” After you click on the “Favorite” icon, all the assessments marked as “Favorite” will be listed on the page. (Refer to the below screenshot) Click on the “Favorite” icon in the hamburger menu to unmark the question. Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page to remove the filter. Standard Test Filter

Follow the below steps to filter the question using “Filter”:

1. Log in to the Portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Standard Tests” in the sub-menu.

You will be redirected to the “Standard Tests” page. Here you can view "Published" tests and "Draft" tests.

4. Click the “Filter” button on the left-hand side of the page.

5. You can filter the questions by clicking “Apply.”

Follow the below steps to filter standard tests using “Favorite”:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Standard Test” in the sub-menu.

You will be redirected to the “Standard Test” page.

4. Click on the hamburger menu on the question thumbnail.

5. Click on the “Favorite” icon to mark the question.

6. Click in hamburger icon again to close the menu.

7. Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page, to filter all questions marked as “Favorite.”

After you click on the “Favorite” icon, all the assessments marked as “Favorite” will be listed on the page. (Refer to the below screenshot)

Click on the “Favorite” icon in the hamburger menu to unmark the question.
Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page to remove the filter.

Follow the below steps to filter using the "Assessment" drop-down menu:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Standard Tests” in the sub-menu.

You will be redirected to the “Standard Tests” page. Here you can view "Published"and "Draft" tests.

4. You can filter the standard test by clicking on “All Assessment,” "Created by Me" or "Created by Others" from the drop-down.

1. For school admins

Click "All Assessments" to view all self-created assessments and those created by others.
Click “Created by Me” to view self-created assessments only.
Click "Created by Others" to view assessments created by other school admins (of the same school) and assessments created and assigned by the publisher.

2. For teachers

Click "All Assessments" to view all self-created assessments and those created by others.
Click “Created by Me” to view self-created assessments only.
Click "Created by Others" to view assessments created by other teachers (of the same school) and assessments created and assigned by the publisher.

2. For district admins

Click "All Assessments" to view all self-created assessment and those created by others.
Click “Created by Me” to view self-created assessments only.
Click "Created by Others" to view assessments created by other district admins (of the same district) and assessments created and assigned by the publisher.
