Disable Questions

Publishers, teachers and school/district admins can disable questions they have created, respectively, by using the “Disable Question” feature. If the question is disabled, it can no longer be included in new Standard tests.

Follow the below steps to disable questions:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Questions” in the sub-menu.

You will be redirected to the “Questions” page. Here you can view the list of questions that are already created.

4. Click the hamburger button on the question thumbnail for the question you want to disable. (As shown in the below screenshot.)

5. Click the “Disable” button in the hamburger menu to disable the question.

Note: When the question is disabled, the "Disable" icon turns red. Click on the icon again, if you want to enable the question.

The disabled question will be marked with a red cap and will be listed on the “Questions” page.
