Question Filters

Publishers, teachers and school/district admins can filter questions on the "Questions" page, using the “Filter” and “Favorite” options. 

Follow the below steps to filter the question using “Filter”:

1. Log in to the Portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Questions” in the sub-menu. 

You will be redirected to the “Questions” page. Here you can view the list of questions that are already created. 

For school admin- 

The "Question" page will list the questions which are self-created, created by other school admin, questions assigned from the publisher/district admin. The question page will also list individual questions assigned/created in a standard test.

For teachers- 

The "Question" page will list the questions which are self-created, created by other teachers, questions assigned from the publisher/school admin. The question page will also list individual questions assigned/created in a standard test. 

For district admins- 

The "Question" page will list the questions which are self-created, created by other district admin, questions assigned from the publisher. The question page will also list individual questions assigned/created in a standard test.

4. Click the “Filter” button on the left-hand side of the page.

You can filter the questions by Grade, Tag and Question Type. 

5. Select the grade/all grades by clicking on the Grades filter. Select the Tag and Question Type by clicking on the “All Tags” and “All Question Type” dropdown.

6. Click “Apply”

Follow the below steps to filter the question using “Favourites”:

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click “Assessment” on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click “Questions” in the sub-menu. 

You will be redirected to the “Questions” page. Here you can view the list of questions that are already created.

4. Choose the question you want to mark as “Favorite.”

Click the hamburger menu on the Question thumbnail. (As shown in the below screenshot).

5. Click the “Favorite” icon to mark the question as Favorite.

6. Click the hamburger menu again to close the menu.

7. Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page, to filter all the question that are marked as “Favorite.”

After you click on the “Favorite” icon, all the questions marked as “Favorite” will be listed on the “Questions” page. (Refer to the below screenshot.)

• Click on the “Favorite” icon in the hamburger menu to unmark the question.
• Click on the “Favorite” icon on the top right-hand side of the page to remove the favourite filter.
