A School Administrator (School Admin) is in charge of rostering and license distribution in the school. The School Admin account can be created by the publisher and district administrator.

  • The platform allows you to create more than one School Admin for the school. However, out of all these School Admins, only one is selected as the “Primary Admin.”
  • This Primary Admin shares the same roles and responsibilities as the other School Admins and can perform the same task. The only difference is that the auto-generated email, containing the PO details, will only be sent to the Primary Admin when the license is created by the Publisher.

The main duties of a School Admin are:

  1. Create classes that associate students and teachers in the school.
  2. Create a student account.
  3. Create a teacher account.
  4. Assign content licenses to teachers.
