Create Collection

The MagicBox platform allows publishers to create collections. These are sets of the same or different types of content, bundled together to form a collection. 

Follow the below steps to create a collection: 

1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click "Content" on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click "Collection" in the sub-menu.

You will see the below screen.

4. Click "Create Collection" to create a new collection.

5. Fill in the following details: Name, description, ISBN (13 digits), Content code (SKU Number).

• You can check the “Display Collection on Portal” check box if you want to sell the collection as a product on the eCommerce portal.

6. Click "Next" to proceed.

7. Add content titles in the collection by checking the content checkboxes.

• You can filter the content by reading level or content type.

Note: The total price for content in the "Content Titles" step is fetched from the content metadata. You cannot add the price of the content here, if it is not mentioned on the content metadata page.

• Fill in the content store subscription: Duration (in months) and price, if you want to add the content on the eCommerce portal.

8. Click "Next" to proceed. 

9. Upload a thumbnail for the collection (optional). 

10. Click "Done" to save the collection.
