Edit Content

The Publisher can re-upload published content and edit metadata on the MagicBox portal. 

Multiple edited versions of the content are not maintained on the platform. Only the last edited version of the content will be saved and visible within the "Library."

 

Follow the below steps to edit the content:

  1. Log in to the portal.

  2. Click "Manage Content" on the left-hand side menu.

     You will see the below screen



3. Click on the hamburger icon for the content you wish to edit/re-upload. 

  1. Click "Reupload/Edit" on the hamburger menu.

You will be redirected to the "Update Content" page.

  1. If you want to force the update of the content on user devices, then select the "Yes" radio button. If you want the users to manually update the content on their devices, select the "No" radio button.

  2. Upload the new content.

  3. Click "Next." You can further edit the content metadata.

   8. Click "Next" to move to the next step or click "Save" if you just want to edit the content metadata.


  1. You can edit the content thumbnail by uploading a content thumbnail image.

  2. Click "Next."  

   10. Click "Save" to update the content.
